The shape requires a lifting mechanism. After pouring the concrete into the mold, it is necessary to remove the central ring with a hoist. And after 15 minutes, having removed the outer ring, you can assemble the mold and repeat the production cycle.
In this way, up to 20 rings per day can be produced with a vibroform.
